Frances Keiser, author of five award-winning children’s books, is a master naturalist in coastal systems and an environmental educator. She is a popular choice for author visits to schools where she gives interactive storytelling programs on pelicans and river otters as well as children’s writing and poetry workshops. Frances is the publisher at Sagaponack Books and also heads the company’s marketing department. She speaks to writers, authors, and publishers on the craft and business of writing, publishing, and marketing. Hugh Keiser, illustrator of five award winning children’s books, is a professional artist, master printmaker, and Photoshop professional. He is sought after for author visits to schools as well as illustrating and art workshops for both children and adults. Hugh founded Keiser Associates, a former top-ten design planning firm in New York City and is a business consultant for Sagaponack Books. He speaks to authors, illustrators, and business owners on the craft and business of art, illustration, design, and working with authors and publishers.
